Important: Engraving is a handcrafted process carried out in our workshop. Due to a high volume of orders, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.

For our Bonne Brosse brushes, we recommend limiting your personalization to 12 characters to ensure a beautifully balanced result.
For baby brushes and Small Brushes, we recommend no more than 8 characters for the best finish. Make your brush truly your own with a message of your choice. Choose a sweet word, a first name, or something meaningful to you… It will then be carefully engraved on the side of your brush in our workshop. The acetate handle is delicately carved to form each letter, before our painter applies golden pigments by hand, letter by letter, to bring the engraving to life. We use oil-based paint to avoid petrochemical-derived products, which requires a longer drying time. To preserve the beauty of your engraving, we recommend minimizing friction during the first few uses.

Used as part of your morning routine, the Coral Essential Soft will gently detangle and style your hair. In the evening, a quick brush before bedtime will thoroughly clean your hair.
However, if you have thick hair and a less sensitive scalp, don't hesitate to opt for the regular Essential Do-it-all version, whose fibers offer a more vigorous massage.
Whether you choose the gentle or standard version, be sure to use this hairbrush on dry or slightly damp hair to reap all the benefits of the boar bristles combined with the nylon fibers.

Delivery and returns

We work with FedEx, and our standard shipping times are 4 to 6 days.

All shipments to the United States now include customs duties and fees. You will therefore not have to pay any customs charges upon delivery: the amount paid at checkout is final and covers all shipping-related costs.

If you purchased a product on our website, you have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return through our dedicated platform (shipping costs are at your expense) or directly in-store. We only accept returns; exchanges are available only for orders placed from mainland France, Luxembourg, and Belgium.
