Usage advice

E-Gift cards purchased on the e shop are valid for one year across the entire website and in our La Bonne Brosse store, thanks to the code sent by email. Our e-gift cards cannot be combined with one another or with promotional codes and cannot be refunded.

Result

Once the e-gift card has been purchased, you will receive an order confirmation email and a second email containing your gift card code to be entered in the "discount or e-gift card code" field in your cart.

Delivery and returns

We work with FedEx, and our standard shipping times are 4 to 6 days.

All shipments to the United States now include customs duties and fees. You will therefore not have to pay any customs charges upon delivery: the amount paid at checkout is final and covers all shipping-related costs.

If you purchased a product on our website, you have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return through our dedicated platform (shipping costs are at your expense) or directly in-store. We only accept returns; exchanges are available only for orders placed from mainland France, Luxembourg, and Belgium. Please select the integrated customs clearance option—customs fees are at your expense.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, Cair products unfortunately cannot be exchanged and are only eligible for return. A returned product will only be accepted if it is in its original packaging and unused.
