Your orders are sent directly to our workshops for processing as quickly as possible. Cancellation therefore depends on the status of your order. If it has already been processed by our teams, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to cancel it. However, you can make an exchange or return on our platform, with your order number beginning with #WEB... as soon as you receive your order.

If you have chosen delivery to a relay point, simply do not collect your order. It will then be returned to us after 12 days. Once your return has been validated (2-3 weeks), we will refund you and you can place your order again. However, if your order has not yet been sent to production, we can cancel it upon request. To do this, contact our customer support by email as soon as possible.

At La Bonne Brosse, each product is the result of exceptional craftsmanship.

Our brushes are designed and crafted in our French workshop using premium materials, selected with the utmost care, to ensure they last for years to come. We guarantee that every brush is free from any material or manufacturing defects upon delivery.

In the rare event of an incident, we commit to replacing your brush within one year of the date you received your order. This guarantee applies exclusively to defects related to manufacturing and the materials used, and does not cover damage resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear.

During this one-year period, we commit to replacing your brush in the event of a manufacturing defect beyond our control (crack in the handle, abnormal fragility of the rubber cushion, etc.) that could be due to faulty workmanship or a defect in one of the brush's components. Signs of wear inherent to the brush's lifespan do not affect its brushing performance and are therefore not covered by this warranty.

Finally, please note that brushes purchased on our website cannot be returned to stores, just as purchases made in-store cannot be returned online. Furthermore, inquiries regarding brushes purchased from our partner retailers must be directed to their customer service department.

Your engraving requires a period of 2 to 3 weeks before shipping.

Technique & Finish: The acetate of the handle is delicately chiseled, then enhanced by the careful application of gold pigments. We use oil paint, without petrochemical derivatives, which requires a long drying time. To preserve the brilliance of your engraving, minimize friction during the first uses.

As engraved products are personalized, they are neither exchangeable nor refundable, except in the event of a defect, in which case do not hesitate to contact our customer service via our contact form.

As soon as you become the proud owner of a Bonne Brosse, you will receive by email, for the first three weeks, all our advice for optimal use of the product. Engraving is an artisanal process, done by hand by our engraver. It is only offered at certain times of the year; subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed !

Our regular size brush is 21cm long and weighs approximately 150g, it is made up of 11 rows of fibers.

The small version is 17cm long, and weighs approximately 110g depending on the model, it is made up of 7 rows of fibers. The advantage of the Small Brush is its size, which slips into your bag and goes everywhere with you.

Here is the list of the different materials that make up a Bonne Brosse:

• Our handle is made of biodegradable cellulose acetate and is produced in France. This sustainable and responsible material is biodegradable, and not derived from petrochemicals. It is composed of 70% plant fibers and is sourced in the Jura.

• Boar bristles. Entirely natural organic fibers, rich in keratin, imported from Southeast Asia. Composed of 100% keratin, the fibers of our boar hair brushes are particularly hypoallergenic, resistant, and prevent static electricity. There is currently no synthetic equivalent to boar bristle. We have looked for one, and continue to work with manufacturers in the hope of one day finding an equivalent (as for makeup brushes ten years ago) but there is none to date. This bristle, made of 100% keratin, is the only one that has the ability to capture sebum at the hair root to distribute it throughout the hair.

• Nylon fibers. Precious nylon fibers, among the finest on the market, French and vegan. On our N.03 and N.04 models, they are topped with small epoxy beads, applied by hand, to make the scalp massage even more pleasant and effective.

• The natural rubber cushion. The comfort and quality of hair brushing are closely linked to the flexibility and bounce, called "shore", of the rubber that supports the hairbrush bristles. We have therefore chosen the softest shore quality. The one that offers the perfect bounce of our brushes and brushing without breakage, ultra comfortable. And finally, which perfectly fits the curves of the head and neck.

Our detangling hair comb, made in the Jura region of France from 100% cellulose acetate, is durable, but you need to take care of it just as it cares for your hair.

The material of your detangling comb can become fragile if it falls on a very resistant surface like the floor or the shower. Cellulose acetate is a noble and soft material that requires careful handling. Whether your hair is thick or thin, straight or curly, this detangling comb is perfect for all hair types.

A Bonne Brosse is a lifelong investment. You should take care of it, just as it takes care of you. Here is a small list of tips to follow:

If you have a hairbrush with boar bristles, we recommend not immersing it in water or using soap on it (with the exception of the N.04 and N.07, made entirely of nylon, which tolerate water very well) but you can use it on damp hair. Our cleaning brush is now available to help you maintain your Bonne Brosse as it deserves. Find all our care tips here.

If your hairbrush has an odor, it most likely comes from moisture on the boar bristles. Animal hair is hydrophobic, meaning it resists water thanks to its physical properties, but this resistance can sometimes release a slight odor. That said, no worries: the smell should fade after a few uses. You can continue to use your brush on damp hair. We do recommend towel-drying your hair well beforehand in order to: detangle gently, since the wetter the hair, the more elastic it becomes, which increases the risk of breakage, so it’s better to detangle when it is well towel-dried; and avoid soaking the boar bristles. After using on damp hair, make sure to dry your brush thoroughly, ideally with the bristles facing downward.

We also advise against using our brushes that contain nylon fibers with a high-powered hairdryer or any other heat source. For blow-drying, choose our round brush N.05, made with 100% boar bristles!

Our hairbrushes are made of high-quality natural bristles, but they are therefore of heterogeneous sizes and strength. This is also why they hug each hair strand by strand. The nylon fibers we have selected are very flexible to provide a very gentle massage, absolutely non-irritating and at the same time very effective on the microcirculation of the scalp. And this is what makes our thinning technique so effective when brushing!

The fact that some finer boar bristles can therefore move slightly over time does not affect the quality of the brushing in any way but is a sign that the hairbrush is alive. Especially since our ultra-soft rubber cushion allows each pin to orient itself during brushing to fit the shape of your skull. It is therefore rather a sign of effectiveness... The natural fibers should gradually regain their shape and you can gently guide them with your fingers to restore their straightness.

Depending on your hair type, the friction of our exceptionally tight fibers, which grip each hair to condition it, can create an electric effect. The more carefully and carefully your hair is brushed, the less this effect should appear. In the meantime, our advice is to lightly dampen your hands and run it through your hair right after brushing to immediately eliminate this effect. This way, you can continue to enjoy the benefits of your hairbrush without the static effect.

When sourcing boar bristles, it was important to us not to work with intensive industrial farming operations. We chose an “upcycling” supply chain, as is done with certain types of leather.

Our partner collects bristles from animals raised primarily for food on farms in South-East Asia. The animals are not killed for their bristles, which is very important to us.

Boar bristles are still an animal-derived material. That is why we also developed our nylon brushes, the vegan N.04 and N.07 hairbrushes, so everyone can choose a brush that suits them.

Our pouches are made in France from carefully selected materials: GOTS certified velvet (Global Organic Textile Standard) and upcycled satin. They are crafted by a network of social integration workshops specializing in environmentally responsible production, while the fabric is cut in the Occitanie region of France.

This choice of responsible materials, combined with local and socially committed manufacturing, makes each pouch an accessory designed with the same exacting standards as our brushes. Created to protect your brush over time, it is designed to accompany you every day.

To preserve your hairbrush's quality over time, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to excessive heat or direct contact with a hair dryer. High temperatures can affect the natural properties of the boar bristles used in our N.01, N.02, and N.03 models, and may also deform the nylon fibres of our vegan N.04 and N.07 brushes. To maintain your brush's performance and quality, we advise keeping heated styling tools at a reasonable distance during use.

If you plan to use your brush with a hair dryer, we recommend our N.05 and N.08 blow dry brushes, which are specifically designed to withstand heat and support your styling routine with confidence.

The formula of our detangling mist is very light, enriched with cutting-edge skincare active ingredients, as well as active waters, it detangles perfectly and naturally coats the hair which regains volume without being weighed down.

Its slightly acidic PH and its high concentration of antioxidant plant nutrients protect your fibers from aggressions (heat, pollution) in order to tighten your cuticles and give you a striking shine.

Regarding its use, we advise you to spray on towel-dried hair a quantity of mist adapted to your hair mass (i.e. 6 to 8 for fine or short hair and 10 to 15 for thick hair) about twenty centimeters from your scalp!

We recommend using the detangling mist on towel-dried or damp hair. It gently detangles your hair without rinsing, replacing traditional conditioners.

It's perfectly possible to use your mask and serum at the same time, as these two products don't target the same hair problems.

Before shampooing, we recommend applying your serum to your roots to detoxify your scalp and your hyaluronic acid hair mask to your ends and lengths to repair damaged hair fibers.

If your first shampoo doesn't lather enough, don't hesitate to do a second one. First, make sure your hair is completely soaked with water before starting. Use a sufficient amount of our Shampoo, emulsify it well in your hands before applying it to the back of your head, then to the front. By following this ritual, your shampoo should lather without problem, even if it contains less foaming agents than a conventional shampoo.

We recommend that you first emulsify the shampoo between your hands before applying it, focusing on the back of your head first. Rinsing is then an essential step, often underestimated. It is imperative to rinse thoroughly to completely remove product residue; generally speaking, it is advisable to spend at least twice as much time rinsing as washing.

Our sulfate- and silicone-free shampoo is a blend of very good ingredients for hair, formulated without sulfates or silicones, but enriched with rice water with beneficial and nourishing properties.

If you are used to shampoos containing these substances, it is possible that your hair seems "rough" when rinsing. This is actually a good sign, indicating that your hair is clean and free of plastic and petrochemical deposits from traditional formulas.

Our natural shampoo enriched with rice water also contains silk proteins that help detangle without weighing hair down like a traditional conditioner would. To reduce this "squeaky" effect when rinsing, we recommend that you:

• Brush your (dry) hair well before washing.
• Rinse the shampoo well (extended rinse, approximately double the washing time), or even double the shampoo.
• Apply a little more mist to the lengths.

Apply the repair mask before shampooing to slightly damp or dry hair, paying particular attention to the ends and lengths.

For optimal use, we recommend using this mask once a week, and up to twice a week if your hair is very dry and damaged.

Our pre-shampoo repair mask is formulated from 93% ingredients of natural origin. Like the rest of our range, its combination of rice water and cutting-edge ingredients gives it unique properties. For optimal use, we recommend using your hyaluronic acid hair mask once a week and up to twice in case of dry and devitalized fibers.

• Massage and distribute the formula, paying particular attention to the ends and damaged areas, then leave on for at least 20 minutes and go about your business.

The protective oil deeply nourishes and acts as a shield against external aggressors. Its antioxidant and UV-protective formula envelops the fiber, seals the cuticles, and enhances shine. If this happens, remove the hair from the boar bristle brush, clean it following our advice listed here, place it in a freezer bag, then in the freezer for 48 hours.
