Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

If you purchased your product from a reseller, please contact them to find out their exchange and refund policy. We cannot exchange or return products purchased from one of our resellers.

If you purchased your product in-store, please go directly to the store to make an exchange or receive a store credit, as refunds are not possible. Returns are accepted within 14 days.

For orders placed on our website, please follow the procedure outlined below.

Please note that limited edition brushes can be returned but not exchanged, while engraved brushes are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Products must be unused and returned in their original undamaged packaging.

For the United States

If you made a purchase on our website, you have 30 days from the delivery date to make a return or exchange via our dedicated platform. A return processing fee of $8 will be applied and directly deducted from your refund.

Once your request has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email containing your return label. You will then need to return the items, making sure they are carefully packaged and properly sealed.

Only products purchased on our website and returned in their original packaging will be accepted. Processing a return can take between 2 and 3 weeks. Since each brush is manually checked, each return is handled individually.

For Metropolitan France, Belgium, and Luxembourg

If you purchased your product on our website, you have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return or exchange on our dedicated platform. In metropolitan France and Belgium, returns are at our expense. And in case of an exchange, you will not be charged for the new delivery!

A returned product will only be accepted if it was purchased on our site and is in its original packaging.

The return process can take some time (between 2 and 3 weeks). Each brush is manually checked and each order is processed, allowing for a personalized return.

As soon as your return is validated, you will be notified by email and will receive your exchange or refund within 10 business days.

For the United Kingdom

Once your exchange or return request has been submitted through our contact form, you will receive a Royal Mail link by email, allowing you to enter your information and proceed with the return of your item (if your order was received less than 14 days ago).

Upon validation of your request, a confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. You will then simply need to return the item to us, making sure that it is carefully packaged and properly sealed.

If the return is approved, your exchange or replacement will be sent within 7 working days, by standard delivery.

We strongly recommend that you keep proof of postage when returning your item. In the absence of this proof, we cannot be held responsible in the event of loss of the parcel.

Refunds are made according to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that if you inform us of your intention to return an item, but it does not reach us within 14 working days, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Important: Any returned item showing signs of excessive use (e.g., use with styling tools such as a hairdryer) will not be eligible for a full refund. In this case, you will be informed of the partial amount refunded or will have the option to collect the item, within 28 days.

For Canada

If you made a purchase on our website, you have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return on our dedicated platform.

For the rest of the world

If you purchased a product on our website, you have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return on our dedicated platform (shipping costs are at your expense) or directly in-store.

To ensure a tracked return, we advise you to choose a carrier such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

Track my return, exchange, refund

Once your package has been returned, it takes 2 to 3 weeks for it to be processed. You will receive an email notification once it has been validated. Regarding the refund, the timeframe varies depending on the banks; you should receive it within a maximum of 10 business days after receiving the email notification mentioned above.

Damaged product

We invite you to write to us directly on our contact form, choosing the category "Questions about our products" then "My product is damaged".
