"Après 3 mois d’utilisation de la brosse numéro 3, j’ai constaté que les billes blanches étaient fortement usées voire tendaient à disparaître. Cela est inadmissible compte tenu du prix de cette brosse !! Je suis fortement déçue par le niveau de qualité soi disant promis au client. Heureusement le service client a procédé à son remplacement. J’espère que cette fois la brosse ne se détériorera pas. Je trouve également la boîte de la brosse vraiment basique, encore une fois pour un produit à ce prix là… Et le peigne pour nettoyer la brosse pourrait être inclus pour l’achat de la brosse."

At first, I wasn’t impressed with the brush. I guess I was expecting some magical moment the first time I used it. I’ve had the brush for about a month now and I’m in love with it. I’ve been brushing my hair more because it helps distribute the oil at scalp throughout the whole strand. I had an issue with my brush when I received it and the customer service with this company was outstanding. Not a lot of companies care for their customers anymore. This on does. They stand behind their product because it’s amazing."

Elle a été très gentille, patiente et à l’écoute, et a pris le temps de m’aider à trouver la brosse parfaite pour mes cheveux fins. La brosse est fabuleuse, mais la qualité du service client a été tout aussi importante pour moi. Mylène a vraiment été exceptionnelle et a rendu cette expérience inoubliable. "I guess I bought the wrong brush. I did not reach out to see if I could exchange. Definitely need full size brush to Actually fully brush your hair. I have medium length, fairly straight hair and small brush does not slide though."

"I purchased a No. 3 brush from Harrods, an authorised retailer. Multiple small white nylon balls on brush have fallen off in less than a year. La Bonne Brosse referred me back to retailer - Harrods claimed this was normal wear and tear and from using it to brush hair! It has not been used with any heat or products and only to brush fine hair. This is not the quality I would expect from a premium brand. Other recent reviews are saying the same thing too!"
