Balls fall off the No. 3 Brush

"I purchased a No. 3 brush from Harrods, an authorised retailer. Multiple small white nylon balls on brush have fallen off in less than a year. La Bonne Brosse referred me back to retailer - Harrods claimed this was normal wear and tear and from using it to brush hair! It has not been used with any heat or products and only to brush fine hair. This is not the quality I would expect from a premium brand. Other recent reviews are saying the same thing too!"

"Finding this hairbrush is like a golden treasure as it was all sold out. I was lucky enough to order it and sent to my bf place.
