At first, I wasn’t impressed with the brush. I guess I was expecting some magical moment the first time I used it. I’ve had the brush for about a month now and I’m in love with it. I’ve been brushing my hair more because it helps distribute the oil at scalp throughout the whole strand. I had an issue with my brush when I received it and the customer service with this company was outstanding. Not a lot of companies care for their customers anymore. This on does. "I purchased a No. 3 brush from Harrods, an authorised retailer. Multiple small white nylon balls on brush have fallen off in less than a year. La Bonne Brosse referred me back to retailer - Harrods claimed this was normal wear and tear and from using it to brush hair! It has not been used with any heat or products and only to brush fine hair. This is not the quality I would expect from a premium brand. Other recent reviews are saying the same thing too!"
"Finding this hairbrush is like a golden treasure as it was all sold out. I was lucky enough to order it and sent to my bf place. This hairbrush is small but does an excellent job in making my hair shiny and free from clots. I just wish they have a small bag as well just in case if I don't want to expose this hairbrush outside."
"Je suis ravie de mon achat de la BB n°3. Mes cheveux sont plus brillants et en suivant les conseils de brossage (brossage normal + tête en bas, brassage matin et soir) je trouve avoir plus de volume même quand ils commencent à devenir gras au 3ème jour. Je ne regrette pas mon investissement."
