Every Carmine Red accessory is made with materials chosen for their quality, resilience and gentle feel in everyday use.

Made in France in workshops supporting people back into work in Occitanie, the Small Pouch combines GOTS-certified cotton velvet with a satin lining made from repurposed materials. It protects your brush and comb while celebrating local production and artisanal craftsmanship.

The Detangling Comb is made from cellulose acetate, a durable material with a smooth feel. Its wide teeth glide gently through wet or dry hair to work through knots while being kind to the hair fibre.

How to clean

Caring for your Small Carmine Red Limited Edition Pouch

Machine-wash your pouch at a maximum of 30°C on a delicate cycle, then leave it to air-dry naturally to preserve the softness of the velvet and the quality of the finish.

Avoid tumble-drying, as the heat could weaken the materials.

Pro tips

After each brushing session, place your Small Hairbrush in its pouch with the brush head facing down. This helps protect the bristles, preserve their shape and maintain their quality over time.

Although durable, the cellulose acetate Detangling Comb should be handled with care. Avoid dropping it or knocking it against hard surfaces to preserve its appearance and finish.

Delivery and returns

We work with FedEx, and our standard shipping times are 4 to 6 days.

All shipments to the United States now include customs duties and fees. You will therefore not have to pay any customs charges upon delivery: the amount paid at checkout is final and covers all shipping-related costs.

If you purchased a product on our website, you have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return through our dedicated platform (shipping costs are at your expense) or directly in-store. We only accept returns; exchanges are available only for orders placed from mainland France, Luxembourg, and Belgium. Please select the integrated customs clearance option—customs fees are at your expense.
