My main downside is that it's a bit hard to get it all the way through to my scalp -- maybe this is why it volumizes rather than flattens, but on days when I haven't washed my hair in awhile I'd like to exfoliate my scalp a bit more. Today I was told the warranty is valid for one year. On a $150 brush?? Buyer beware. Please note brush had only been used over a two year period for 6 -12 months."
