The Dry Brushing Ritual with Your N.02 Body Brush

Use your body brush on dry skin, preferably in the morning before showering. Brush using small upward strokes, working from the feet and hands towards the heart, without applying excessive pressure.

Focus on areas prone to feelings of heaviness, such as the calves, thighs, buttocks and stomach, using small circular motions.
