Pro tips
Although quite resistant, you'll need to take as much care of it as for your hair. Because cellulose acetate is a soft material, please avoid dropping the detangling hair comb on a hard surface, as this could weaken the material.

Delivery and returns
We work with FedEx, and our standard shipping times are 4 to 6 days.

All shipments to the United States now include customs duties and fees. You will therefore not have to pay any customs charges upon delivery: the amount paid at checkout is final and covers all shipping-related costs.

If you purchased a product on our website, you have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return through our dedicated platform (shipping costs are at your expense) or directly in-store. We only accept returns; exchanges are available only for orders placed from mainland France, Luxembourg, and Belgium. Disappointing quality. . .

"As enthusiastic as I am about the brushes, this comb just doesn't have the high quality that I see in the brushes. It's not a hand sawn comb, but made by using a mold and because it's completely smooth around the edges it actually scratches my head when I use it. I guess if you only use it on your lengths it's fine, but honestly I expected more from La Bonne Brosse. There's much better out there for less money, so I don't recommend it."
