Materials
We have chosen a resistant elastic, wrapped in a soft velvet, with a vibrant color, and of high quality, to allow your darling to accompany you as long as possible! Our velvet scrunchies are designed in the South of France, within a network of workshops specializing in eco-responsible creations, promoting the reintegration of women in difficulty.

Delivery and returns
We work with FedEx, and our standard shipping times are 4 to 6 days.

All shipments to the United States now include customs duties and fees. You will therefore not have to pay any customs charges upon delivery: the amount paid at checkout is final and covers all shipping-related costs.

If you purchased a product on our website, you have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return through our dedicated platform (shipping costs are at your expense) or directly in-store. We only accept returns; exchanges are available only for orders placed from mainland France, Luxembourg, and Belgium. Please select the integrated customs clearance option—customs fees are at your expense.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, Cair products unfortunately cannot be exchanged and are only eligible for return. A returned product will only be accepted if it is in its original packaging and unused.
