A velvet and satin pouch: carefully chosen materials
To care for your small hairbrush and the environment, we chose GOTS-certified velvet (Global Organic Textile Standard) for the outside of the pouch. With its velvety finish, it feels especially lovely to the touch.
The natural boar bristles of your small hairbrush can be damaged by contact with certain materials or objects. That’s why we chose exceptionally soft upcycled satin for the inside of the pouch: a gentle embrace for your brush!

Delivery and returns
We work with FedEx, and our standard shipping times are 4 to 6 days.

All shipments to the United States now include customs duties and fees. You will therefore not have to pay any customs charges upon delivery: the amount paid at checkout is final and covers all shipping-related costs.

If you purchased a product on our website, you have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return through our dedicated platform (shipping costs are at your expense) or directly in-store. We only accept returns; exchanges are available only for orders placed from mainland France, Luxembourg, and Belgium. Please select the integrated customs clearance option—customs fees are at your expense.
