Materials

Velvet and satin: carefully chosen materials

The velvet on the outside of our pouch is GOTS-certified (Global Organic Textile Standard), ensuring care for your brush and the environment. Inside, we have chosen upcycled satin for exceptional softness and optimal protection.

To help reduce waste, we make our small pouches from fabric offcuts. The colour of the satin lining may therefore vary.

How to clean

Care instructions

To care for your red Micro pouch, machine-wash it below 30°C. Air-dry it rather than using a tumble dryer to protect the materials.

Delivery and returns

We work with FedEx, and our standard shipping times are 4 to 6 days.

All shipments to the United States now include customs duties and fees. You will therefore not have to pay any customs charges upon delivery: the amount paid at checkout is final and covers all shipping-related costs.

If you purchased a product on our website, you have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return through our dedicated platform (shipping costs are at your expense) or directly in-store. We only accept returns; exchanges are available only for orders placed from mainland France, Luxembourg, and Belgium.
