2-renewal commitment
Our subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 2 renewals. After that, the subscription continues on a monthly basis, but you are free to pause or suspend it at any time depending on your needs.

Materials
A small and durable and eco-friendly pouch
Thanks to this small velvet and satin pouch, you'll find an effective way to protect your small boar bristle brush while taking an eco-responsible approach. First, your little pouch is made in France, which encourages short circuits and the development of local production. Secondly, we guarantee the use of GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) labelled materials. As you've already realised, La Bonne Brosse's aim is to offer you quality products that will last over time.
Due to our eco-friendly commitment and the use of fabric offcuts, the color of the satin inside the pouch may vary.
How to clean
To look after your little cherry red pouch, opt for a machine wash at under 30°C. Air dry rather than tumble dry.
Pro tips
We recommend sliding your Bonne Brosse with the head facing down into its pouch to store and protect it properly.
Delivery and returns
We work with FedEx, and our standard shipping times are 4 to 6 days.
All shipments to the United States now include customs duties and fees. You will therefore not have to pay any customs charges upon delivery: the amount paid at checkout is final and covers all shipping-related costs.
If you purchased a product on our website, you have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return through our dedicated platform (shipping costs are at your expense) or directly in-store. We only accept returns; exchanges are available only for orders placed from mainland France, Luxembourg, and Belgium. Please select the integrated customs clearance option—customs fees are at your expense.
Please note: for hygiene reasons, Cair products unfortunately cannot be exchanged and are only eligible for return. A returned product will only be accepted if it is in its original packaging and unused.
