How to clean

Simple care
To look after your pouch, wash it at 30 degrees maximum on a gentle cycle. As for drying, avoid the tumble dryer and opt for air drying.

Pro tips

We recommend sliding your Bonne Brosse with the head facing down into its pouch to store and protect it properly.

Delivery and returns

We work with FedEx, and our standard shipping times are 4 to 6 days.

All shipments to the United States now include customs duties and fees. You will therefore not have to pay any customs charges upon delivery: the amount paid at checkout is final and covers all shipping-related costs.

If you purchased a product on our website, you have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return through our dedicated platform (shipping costs are at your expense) or directly in-store. We only accept returns; exchanges are available only for orders placed from mainland France, Luxembourg, and Belgium.
