Before showering, start on dry skin at your feet and hands. Brush upwards towards your upper body with steady strokes. Adjust the pressure to suit you, keeping the massage invigorating yet comfortable.

Use a few circular movements on your calves, thighs, buttocks and stomach to massage these areas more thoroughly.

Spend 3 to 5 minutes on this ritual, then shower and apply your usual moisturiser.

Two complementary materials for a targeted massage

The N.02 Body Brush for Normal Skin combines 70% boar bristles with 30% medical-grade silicone tips for an invigorating brush that still feels comfortable on the skin.

How to clean
