How to use
Thanks to its ring attachment, the Chili Pepper Charm easily clips onto the Micro Brush, a bag or a keyring. A colourful, handcrafted detail designed to personalise everyday essentials and take them everywhere with you.

Materials
The Chili Pepper Charm is crafted from a 100% cotton bandana, selected for its soft feel and authentic look. It features a polyester cord and a nickel split ring, allowing it to easily clip onto the Micro Brush, a bag or a keyring.

Each piece is handmade, which may result in slight colour variations from one model to another, making every charm unique.

How to clean
Avoid washing your charm unless absolutely necessary.
Do not soak.
In case of stains, gently clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth.

As our charms are handcrafted from dyed bandanas, slight colour variations may occur from one piece to another.

Delivery and returns
We work with FedEx, and our standard shipping times are 4 to 6 days.

All shipments to the United States now include customs duties and fees. You will therefore not have to pay any customs charges upon delivery: the amount paid at checkout is final and covers all shipping-related costs.

If you purchased a product on our website, you have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return through our dedicated platform (shipping costs are at your expense) or directly in-store. We only accept returns; exchanges are available only for orders placed from mainland France, Luxembourg, and Belgium. Please select the integrated customs clearance option—customs fees are at your expense.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, Cair products unfortunately cannot be exchanged and are only eligible for return. A returned product will only be accepted if it is in its original packaging and unused.
