Refund policy

To ensure a prompt processing of your request, kindly specify the reason(s) for the return and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Please note that if it is an exchange request, the delivery fees for the exchanged order will be waived only for deliveries within Metropolitan France. If it is an exchange request outside Metropolitan France, the delivery fees for the new order will be the responsibility of the customer. You can find the rates in our Shipping and Returns policy.

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase, and the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a shipping provider with a tracking number; otherwise, we will not accept any claims.

If the item is rejected by La Bonne Brosse, it will be returned to the customer at the expense of La Bonne Brosse, without the customer being entitled to any compensation.
