How to moisturize and nourish your hair?

Does your hair appear fragile, sometimes difficult to detangle and your ends tend to split? Your hair might be too dry and dehydrated. Why is this? Perhaps, because you don't naturally secrete enough sebum. But frequent blow-drying, corrosive shampoos, frequent bleaching and even chlorine in swimming pools can also make your hair dry. The best solution to this is to limit these aggressions, but also to comb your hair regularly with a suitable hair brush.
