The hair brushing ritual

At La Bonne Brosse, we believe in the return of sustainable beauty rituals. When we carry out the same action day after day, with awareness, we reap incomparable rewards as regards beauty, health and wellbeing.

Making your haircare routine a ritual by prioritizing brushing time is the first step towards reconnecting with your hair (and yourself). But above all, it’s the best tool for preserving the beauty, health and youthfulness of your hair. Regular detangling, evening massages and morning styling routines... to each brushing action its own ritual.

The essential ritual

Beautiful hair through brushing

Upon waking, hair is often heavy, dehydrated and slightly unruly. 3 minutes of brushing first thing in the morning will restore shine and control, leaving you with soft, healthy hair.

Gently brush your hair starting with the ends to avoid breakage in the knots formed overnight.

Then brush your entire head of hair into the shape that you want for 2 to 3 minutes.

The Massaging ritual

A massaging brush to boost vitality and well-being

This is a massage for detangling wet hair after the shower, or on dry hair before bedtime. It procures an immediate feeling of wellbeing while promoting hair growth and vitality over the long term.

Our N°04 Miracle brush has been specially designed to activate the microcirculation of the scalp whilst helping you to relax and improve the hair's vitality.

The unique flexibility of its nylon bristles, the incomparable bounce of the base and the softness of its epoxy microbeads provide a deeply comfortable detangling massage.

The younger hair ritual

Keep your hair healthy and youthful with brushing

At La Bonne Brosse, the youthful appearance of your hair is one of our primary concerns. As important as the elasticity of the skin, the shine, lightness and density of your hair are true signs of youth.

Brushing is essential to preserve the youthfulness of your hair over time.

How to keep your hair looking younger longer.

The Detangling ritual

Protect your hair from breakage when detangling with the right brush

Unfortunately, detangling is often accompanied by hair breakage or loss.

Even though it is quite normal to lose between 50 and 100 hairs per day, finding hairs trapped between the fibers after detangling can make the exercise psychologically and physically upsetting.

That’s why at La Bonne Brosse we are keen to explain the best way to brush to ensure that detangling is as pain-free as possible.

With the right brush of course!

Where? When? How?

Brushing your hair the right way

While it’s obviously crucial to take care of your hair, it’s just as important to do so at the right time. Or rather, at the right times, since we recommend several brushing sessions every day.

The idea? Learn the right techniques so that you can brush your hair in a way that respects the hair fiber and invigorates the scalp.

Of course for brushing to be as effective as possible, you'll need the right hair brush. Do our hair type diagnosis and find your ideal hair brush.

FAQ
