This #1 is what I use every day on my fine (thinning) hair and it has made my hair stronger and more lustrous. I can go a bit longer between washes with the bristles pulling some of the oils down the hair shaft more than other brushes, and I feel like it has encouraged a bit more growth and volume in areas that I notice fewer strands.
