To preserve the softness and appearance of your pouch over time, choose a gentle machine wash at no more than 30°C. Then allow it to air dry naturally, without using a tumble dryer.

Delivery and returns
We work with FedEx, and our standard shipping times are 4 to 6 days.

All shipments to the United States now include customs duties and fees. You will therefore not have to pay any customs charges upon delivery: the amount paid at checkout is final and covers all shipping-related costs.

If you purchased a product on our website, you have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return through our dedicated platform (shipping costs are at your expense) or directly in-store. We only accept returns; exchanges are available only for orders placed from mainland France, Luxembourg, and Belgium. Please select the integrated customs clearance option—customs fees are at your expense.
