On dry skin, before showering, glide the brush from the extremities of the body upwards towards the heart. Adjust the pressure according to how it feels, keeping the massage both invigorating and comfortable.

Focus on the legs, thighs, buttocks and abdomen using circular motions. Just 3 to 5 minutes a day is enough to fully enjoy the benefits of this ritual.
