How to clean
To preserve the beauty of your accessory, we recommend avoiding any washing unless absolutely necessary. Do not soak. In case of a small stain, gently clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth.

Each piece is handcrafted from dyed bandanas, which may result in slight colour variations from one production to another. As is often the case with dark colours, slight colour bleeding may occur over time.

Delivery and returns
We work with FedEx, and our standard shipping times are 4 to 6 days.

All shipments to the United States now include customs duties and fees. You will therefore not have to pay any customs charges upon delivery: the amount paid at checkout is final and covers all shipping-related costs.

If you purchased a product on our website, you have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return through our dedicated platform (shipping costs are at your expense) or directly in-store. We only accept returns; exchanges are available only for orders placed from mainland France, Luxembourg, and Belgium. Please select the integrated customs clearance option—customs fees are at your expense.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, Cair products unfortunately cannot be exchanged and are only eligible for return. A returned product will only be accepted if it is in its original packaging and unused.
