This #1 is what I use every day on my fine (thinning) hair and it has made my hair stronger and more lustrous. I can go a bit longer between washes with the bristles pulling some of the oils down the hair shaft more than other brushes, and I feel like it has encouraged a bit more growth and volume in areas that I notice fewer strands. The other brush I purchased in Paris (#2) is great for longer hair, I think, with the nylon inbetween to help detangle. This #1 brush is perfect for my fragile fine hair, I love it so much!"
