How to clean

Caring for Your Aubergine Limited Edition Small Pouch

To preserve the appearance and quality of your pouch over time, machine wash it at a maximum of 30°C (86°F) on a delicate cycle. After washing, allow it to air dry naturally to maintain the softness of the velvet and the quality of its finishes.

We recommend avoiding tumble drying, as the heat may damage the materials over time.

Delivery and returns

We work with FedEx, and our standard shipping times are 4 to 6 days.

All shipments to the United States now include customs duties and fees. You will therefore not have to pay any customs charges upon delivery: the amount paid at checkout is final and covers all shipping-related costs.

If you purchased a product on our website, you have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return through our dedicated platform (shipping costs are at your expense) or directly in-store. We only accept returns; exchanges are available only for orders placed from mainland France, Luxembourg, and Belgium. Please select the integrated customs clearance option—customs fees are at your expense.
