Delivery and returns
We work with FedEx, and our standard shipping times are 4 to 6 days.

All shipments to the United States now include customs duties and fees. You will therefore not have to pay any customs charges upon delivery: the amount paid at checkout is final and covers all shipping-related costs.

If you purchased a product on our website, you have 14 days from the delivery date to make a return through our dedicated platform (shipping costs are at your expense) or directly in-store. We only accept returns; exchanges are available only for orders placed from mainland France, Luxembourg, and Belgium. "My Mason brush is 32 years old. She is still in pretty good shape but it was time for a replacement. I’m thrilled I went with La Bonne. First, it’s beautiful. Second, the bristles are soft (not too) and flexible. I think La B does an even better job making contact with your scalp, providing a throughout and relaxing massage. My only minus is some of the bristles have shed. It took my MP years before it did that. I’m guessing it will stop as I break it in more, but still very happy!"
