How to use

The Sensitive Skin Brushing Ritual

Use your N.01 Body Brush on completely dry skin, preferably before showering. Start by activating your lymph nodes (armpits, groin, abdomen, knees and ankles) using gentle pressing motions to softly stimulate lymph flow in each area for 5 seconds.

Then begin dry brushing with light upward strokes, working from the lower body upwards without applying pressure. Start at the extremities (feet and hands), then work your way towards the heart, focusing on areas that tend to feel more congested, such as the calves, thighs, buttocks or abdomen, using small circular motions.

To complete your ritual, take a shower and then apply your usual moisturiser.
