Use your N.01 Body Brush on dry skin before showering. Gently brush the body using upward movements, working from the extremities towards the heart, without applying excessive pressure.

Spend 3 to 5 minutes on this ritual before showering and applying your moisturiser to nourish the skin after the massage.
