How to use

How to use Cair Shampoo ?
Start by detangling and brushing your hair thoroughly to properly prepare it for cleansing.
Thoroughly wet your hair with lukewarm water: the more saturated the hair, the better the formula can work.
Take a small amount of shampoo in the palm of your hand and gently emulsify it to activate the lather. Massage without rubbing (yes, we insist): begin at the sides, then the back, and finish at the top of the scalp.
Add a little water if needed to create a generous foam. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and a fairly strong stream. Towards the end of rinsing, your hair may feel slightly “squeaky” — and that’s a very good sign: it means your hair is truly clean, with no residue.
To complete your routine, we recommend following with the Cair Detangling Mist. Designed as the perfect companion to the shampoo, it replaces traditional conditioners: a leave-in detangling treatment that leaves hair light, coated and easy to style.

40% synergy of active waters: rice water, organic grape water, bamboo water, fermented raspberry water. They hydrate*, soothe, nourish and restore strength and vitality to the hair. Amino acids: bring lightness and shine. Hyaluronic acid: locks water into the heart of the fibre and limits dehydration. Plant proteins: keratin alternatives that penetrate at micro-depth to reduce damage caused by external aggressors and strengthen the fibre over time.

The key role of pH
Hair has a natural pH of around 5 to 5.5. The drier and more damaged it becomes, the more negatively charged it is — and the more alkaline it gets. Conversely, hair with a positive charge is more acidic: it appears shinier, with cuticles lying flat and aligned. This is where our treatments come into play: Our shampoo has a pH of 4.5 (slightly acidic). It helps bring the hair back towards a balanced pH, promoting shine and softness.
