If you purchased your product on our website, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or an exchange through our dedicated platform. In mainland France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, return shipping is free of charge. In the case of an exchange, the new delivery costs will also be covered by us!

"This was a big ask financially but fed up of buying cheap rubbish and then not brushing my hair. Started with the small one (with cover) as I am away every weekend plus the comb for holiday in the wonderful 70's orange. Loved them. Then the brush cleaner which is very handy. Made the splurge on the full sized and hunted down the last orange one in London! Finally the orange towelling bag to put it all in with my other staying tools. I LOVE these.
