Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a unique code to share with the person of your choice.

Give the La Bonne Brosse e-gift card, available from €50 to €300 in increments of €50, for a present that offers complete freedom.

How to use

E-gift cards purchased on the e-shop are valid for one year across the entire website and in our La Bonne Brosse boutiques, using the code sent by email. E-gift cards cannot be combined with one another, nor with promotional codes, and they are non-refundable.

Result

After purchasing the e-gift card, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a second email containing your e-gift card code, which must be entered in the “discount code or e-gift card” field in your shopping cart.

We work with Colissimo, and our delivery times range from 4 to 10 business days.

Here are the detailed delivery times under normal conditions:

- Home delivery: 4 to 6 business days

- Pickup point: 4 to 6 business days

- Express delivery: 24 to 48 business hours for any order placed before noon

If you purchased your product on our website, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or an exchange through our dedicated platform. In mainland France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, return shipping is free of charge. In the case of an exchange, the new delivery costs will also be covered by us!
