"Me brosser les cheveux avec cette brosse est très agréable et relaxant. Elle est beaucoup moins agressive que les brosses « bon marché ». En revanche, je n’ai pas réussi à espacer le lavage des cheveux (gras), car vous ne pouvez rien faire contre votre système hormonal… j’ai acheté la petite brosse à cause du prix, je me tâte pour la grande brosse mais le prix fait réfléchir."

"Après 3 mois d’utilisation de la brosse numéro 3, j’ai constaté que les billes blanches étaient fortement usées voire tendaient à disparaître. Cela est inadmissible compte tenu du prix de cette brosse !! Je suis fortement déçue par le niveau de qualité soi disant promis au client. Heureusement le service client a procédé à son remplacement. J’espère que cette fois la brosse ne se détériorera pas. Je trouve également la boîte de la brosse vraiment basique, encore une fois pour un produit à ce prix là… Et le peigne pour nettoyer la brosse pourrait être inclus pour l’achat de la brosse."

"So I consider myself very particular when it comes to beauty tools. I have a lot of hair but it’s on the fine side. My scalp tends to get oily and is sensitive. At first, I wasn’t impressed with the brush. I guess I was expecting some magical moment the first time I used it. I’ve had the brush for about a month now and I’m in love with it. I’ve been brushing my hair more because it helps distribute the oil at scalp throughout the whole strand. I had an issue with my brush when I received it and the customer service with this company was outstanding. Not a lot of companies care for their customers anymore. This on does.
