"After using the brush now for a few weeks I noticed a fowl odor from the bristles that leaves behind a strange smell on my clean hair. I clean my brushes regularly, but the smell of the bristles continues to become worse. I would expect better quality from such an expensive product. If there’s any advice on how to fix this problem I would greatly appreciate it since It does leave my hair shiny and reduces the frizz."

"This is my second purchase from La Bonne Brosse. I had seen the IG videos, the reviews but hesitated based on the price point. I made my first purchase earlier in the summer and purchase the small No. 3 and the small detangling comb. The brush is very well constructed, has a high quality weight to it, and really does make your hair feel more silky and healthy. The small detangling comb was high quality and had good spacing between the teeth. My only regret was not purchasing the full size brush and comb. So when I saw the Aubergine colour, I couldn't resist and purchased the large brush (No. 2) and large detangling comb. I only wished the shape and sizing of teeth for the detangling comb was the same as the small comb. The brush is definitely worth the value!"

"Schon viele Jahre bin ich auf der Suche nach einer passenden Bürste für meine Haare. Ich habe sehr trockene Haare mit Naturkrause, mit Pflegepräparat sehen sie lockig aus, aber nach dem Bürsten normalerweise wie Stroh. Irgendwann habe ich die Suche aufgegeben, benutzte nur noch einen sehr grobzinkigen Kamm und das nur im nassen Haar nach der Haarwäsche, also keinesfalls täglich. Mit der Bonne Brosse wollte ich es nochmal versuchen und habe die kleine Nr.2 bestellt. Ich benutze sie seit 2 Wochen immer abends und sie tut meinen Haaren gut. Die Struktur wird allmählich gefälliger und weicher und sie sehen auch nach dem Bürsten schön aus. Für die Dicke meiner Haare ist allerdings die kleine Bürste ein wenig zu knapp und so werde ich sie mir auch in groß bestellen. Außerdem ist vermutlich als Ergänzung die Nr.4 sinnvoll, zum kraftvolleren Entwirren und zum gleichmäßigen Verteilen der Haarkur im nassen Haar."
"At first glance, it is a simply beautiful and elegant part of my daily routine. I got the monogram which makes it very special. It feels wonderful on dry hair and leaves each strand very silky and smooth. However, it does not work well on wet hair even though I use a high quality detangler by ROZ--I found I do a quick brush to get the surface tangles out and wait for it to dry further to brush it through. It also requires I hold the brush closer to the brush base in order to get full pressure--the handle feels a bit dinky and is harder on my hand to brush from that portion of the handle."
"I can not say enough about these brushes. My hair has been begging for this all my life. You don’t know what you could have until you actually try this brush! My hair feels thicker, healthier, no breakage when I brush . I’m very impressed and truly wish I found it sooner and not at 40! I bought 3 already! My husband uses it also now! "I loved the colour, but that is all i can say about it in a positive way… :-( I have been struggling with my daughter’s hair for so long now, but someone meantioned your brushes. It works on my hair but definitely not on my daughter’s. I had hoped i finally had found the holy grail of brushes to come through her wild hairdos at the end of a day. But alas… It also doesn’t feel nice in my hand because of the strange twist in the handle and the costs for the brush are SO ridiculously high. If it had helped with detangling my daughter’s hair as it’s states it will do so and is namen the detangling brush,.. i would have praised this product. So… very disappointed about your brush."
"Bonjour j’ai achetée cette brosse mais pour les cheveux très fins qui s’emmêlent vite en les lavant ne suivez pas le test . Prenez la brosse 2 ou 3 . Sinon vous n’arriverez pas à les démêler. La couleur est jolie . Pour ma part il me faudrait la démêlante , puis la numéro 2 pour le brossage . Bonne journée ."
"Expérience client déplorable. 26 jours de délai de livraison, zéro information sur le statut de la commande, et un message au bout de 20 jours pour m'apprendre que l'article n'existe plus ! Il a fallu harceler le service client pour obtenir la livraison de ma commande. Pour des brosses à ce niveau de prix, refuser le moindre geste commercial et faire preuve d'autant d'inflexibilité est une honte. À éviter."
