  • ORDERS AND DELIVERIES

> Your order is confirmed once your payment has been accepted by La Bonne Brosse. La Bonne Brosse is undertakes to honor confirmed orders within the limit of available stock.

> Deliveries in Metropolitan France

All orders placed from Monday to Thursday will be shipped the next day. For orders placed from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, the order will be shipped the next business day.

We work with Colissimo and our delivery times are 4 to 10 business days. The delivery costs are free for orders over 120 euros for all deliveries in Metropolitan France.

Estimated delivery times are the responsibility of the couriers and in no case is La Bonne Brosse responsible for any failure to respect the stated delivery time.


> French overseas territories and International deliveries


All orders placed from Monday to Thursday will be sent the next day. For all orders placed from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, the order will be shipped the next business day.

We work with Colissimo and DHL using express delivery.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. The costs and delivery times vary according to the destination. They will be shown to the Customer before the purchase is confirmed.

  • RETURNS

> If you have received your Bonne Brosse hair brush but it is not quit what you were after, don't worry, it can be returned within 14 days for free as long as:

  • The hair brush has been cleaned and is in good condition.
  • The return is made from Metropolitan France.
  • It’s not a personalized, engraved hair brush.

Now you can take the parcel to the Post Office. Just remember to pack the box well so that the brush does not get damaged during transportation.


> In addition, in order for your return to be processed as quickly as possible, we advise you to also send an email to contact@labonnebrosse.com.

> A returned product will only be accepted if it is in its complete original packaging.

> If the article is refused by La Bonne Brosse, it will be sent back to the Customer at the expense of La Bonne Brosse without the Customer being able to request any compensation.

> In the case of an exchange, your replacement product will be sent to you as soon as we receive and check your parcel at our warehouse (please allow 6 to 10 days).

> In the case of a return, your refund will be made within 3 to 4 days following the reception and verification of your package at our warehouse.
